Jitendra Maan

Jitendra Maan, a versatile IT professional with 20+ years of experience in various IT domains. Currently, he is working in Digital Enterprise Transformation Business unit in TCS to lead Technology Transformation initiatives. Jitendra is passionate in driving Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive technologies to automate complex IT Service Management problems to evaluate and improve performance KPIs for business applications. Being CMG India Board member for last 2 years, he helped in organizing CMG India annual conferences and he has also conducted CMG India Delhi Regional Conference for last 2 years with a focus to inculcate a strong link between Industry and academia. Jitendra is a frequent speaker in various industry conferences and published papers in International Journals – IJMIT, IJLTEST, CS&IT, IJWSC, Springer ). Jitendra holds a Master’s degree in Management and Systems from I.I.T, Delhi. He is also certified in CIPM, TOGAF, E-Commerce, Red Hat Open Stack administration and IBM Cloud Platform.

Prashant Ramakumar

Prashant is a Senior Consultant with TCS, having over 22 years of IT industry experience. He is currently playing the role of a Competency Lead in the area of Information Architecture in TCS.
Prashant has over 14 years’ experience in the performance engineering and capacity planning field, having played consultant and lead roles. Some of the notable work that he has done in the field of performance engineering and capacity planning include Database Architecture & Performance, System Performance Assessment, Performance Monitoring Strategy, and Capacity Planning for large systems. He has also helped organisations set up performance engineering capabilities in the form of CoEs. He has worked with prestigious clients in the Insurance, Banking & Financial Services, Retail, Telecom, Hi-Tech, and Hospitality industries. He has also functioned as a faculty in performance engineering in TCS, having trained a large number of associates in this area. In addition, he has significant experience in project and practice management.
In CMG India, Prashant has contributed as one of the Regional Facilitators for Bangalore since 2013, and as a board member since 2016. Prashant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.

Suresh Babu

Suresh Babu heads the Network Performance Engineering function at Thomson Reuters. Suresh has 19 years of experience and his current areas of interest are Network Capacity Planning, Capacity & Performance Modelling and Analytics. Suresh is a telecommunication engineer by qualification and have completed Executive General Management Program from IIM, Bangalore. Suresh has been associated with CMG for the past 3.5 years and have been serving the current board as member. Suresh has been contributing to CMG India activities in terms of membership enhancement activities, conducting regional and annual conferences etc. Suresh was instrumental in getting support along with sponsorship from Ministry of Information Technology, Government of India for the past two annual conferences of CMG India. Suresh intends to continue to work towards enhancing the reach of CMG India and the value it creates to performance engineering professionals.

Ramya Moorthy

Ramya R Moorthy, a computer science engineering (BE) graduate with her Masters in Software Systems (MS) from BITS PILANI, has about 14 years of experience in Performance Engineering space. She is the Founder of EltieSouls Consulting Services LLP, India and Co-Founder & CTO of QAEliteSouls LLC, US. She currently provides technical consulting services in Performance Engineering space, educational & training services through her startups. Her key area of interest includes application capacity sizing, performance modeling & predictive performance analytics.
She has extensive experience doing consulting & providing strategic solutions for Performance Engineering problem statements related to performance, scalability, availability & capacity for several clients. During her experience as a Senior Performance Architect @ Cognizant, she had handled several capacity planning engagements for large clients & she was one of the core members for capacity modeler tool ideation, which is a sophisticated web application capacity management tool. She is a conference speaker & well known writer & has published several articles, courses & e-books. She has been awarded the 2nd best paper award in CMG India 2016. Her other recent conferences presentations were at QAI-STC 2016 & NFTCON 2016.

Harriharan Sankara

Harriharan Sankara did his Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering and is working as a Chief  Architect in the Performance Engineering practice at Cognizant Technology Solutions and heading the Banglore Chapter of Performance Engineering & Capacity Management. Overall 20 years of experience with last 14  years specifically focused on Performance Engineering/Capacity Management. He has been instrumental to create Performance & Capacity Management service line with Run Different Concepts to cater the customer with cost effective without compromising quality of deliverables and timeline(SLAs). He reads the market, technology explosion and customer expectation constantly and provide of change direction to achieve the customer objectives and constantly travel to customer location to provide bespoken approach and solution for high availability and high performance. He has been associated with CMG for the 1 year years and has been the speaker at the regional conferences with topics  “Ways to Improve Data Center Resilience “ at Delhi.

Prabu D.

Prabu is a Performance Architect at Broadcom Inc. He has collectively eighteen years of experience in system performance engineering, supercomputing, data storage, computer networking, AI and academia/engineering. Developed Experimental Design  framework for System Performance Engineering. Applied AI methodologies in Performance Modelling/Engineering effectively in the Industry. Involved in  India’s Supercomputer PARAM’ Series Performance Analysis projects. He was a Speaker for CMG 2007 SanDiego and also at various IEEE conferences. He has published several research papers in International Journals and served/serving as an IEEE Program committee member, Co-Chair and Research committee member for International conferences. He holds a M.Tech(System Engineering) from IIT Roorkee,  In addition, he attended the Full Time System Engineering-PEP, at MIT Cambridge, USA. Sundarraj Kaushik

Sundarraj Kaushik has been working in the IT industry for more than 25 years.
Sundarraj graduated from in Electronics and Communication and earned his masters degree from Center for Electronic Design Technology a department in the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. At the beginning of his career Sundar had the opportunity to work in team that setup one of the largest stock exchanges in the world, and this helped him shape his career in the performance engineering world. Sundar later came back to work with and help the teams in the stock markets when they moved from milliseconds to microseconds latency.
Sundar has had the opportunity to work on various diverse platforms like IBM 360 to the mobile devices. He has worked on various technologies from C, PL1 to .Net and Java.These experiences have helped him build a very good understanding to solve performance issues in many systems.The last five years Sundar has been working with various teams helping some solve their performance issues, some decide on their architecture and reviewing the architectures of the others. Sundar has made presentations at multiple regional CMG, India meets and also at the CMG annual meet in Pune. He also made a few presentations at the CMG meet in San Antonio, Texas.

Sushil Tanna

Affluent experience of more than 14 years in the IT industry. Through the course of my entire career, Application Performance Engineering has been the single thread that has stayed constant with me across multiple clients and roles. Currently as Head of Performance Engineering at QualityKiosk, I am responsible for building a team of highly skilled performance engineers and evangelizing Application Performance Engineering with our key customers. In the past, as Solution Manager I have worked on several performance engineering and testing engagements in US, UK and Australia. I have also been a developer for 3 years, where I was responsible for developing order routing algorithm for one of the large investment banking firm based out of New York.
I have done my Masters in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California, Los Angeles and Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from VESIT, Mumbai. I am SAP Certified Technology Associate and have authored couple of white papers relating to SAP Performance.
